Yanagi Bunmei knife produced by Grunwerg, featuring a 27 cm blade, made from stainless steel specially resistant to corrosion and shocks, equipped with a bamboo wood handle.
Its asymmetrical blade is sharpened on one side only, ensuring precise cutting.
This traditional Japanese knife is used to prepare sashimi and sushi, and to obtain fine fish or seafood fillets. Not suitable for cutting frozen meat or other foods.
