12-compartment madeleine tin, made of steel, with non-stick coating, de Buyer brand.

Practical non-stick tin: guaranteed PTFE coating (PFOA-free) for easier release of cakes. The steel is protected against oxidation and is easy to clean thanks to the non-stick coating.

Excellent cooking results thanks to steel: the tin reaches high temperatures, allowing for uniform baking and caramelization of the cakes.

Tin's compartments are arranged so as to optimize hot air circulation.

The tin is traditional oven-safe up to maximum 220°C. Not microwave oven-safe. Do not use metal objects in the moulds. Grease the tin before use.

Wash the tin by hand using a non-abrasive sponge. The tin is not dishwasher-safe.
