INTUITIVE DISPLAY

The easy-to-use control panel with a black and white touchscreen has icons for a series of 3 coffee-based recipes (Espresso, Coffee, Doppio+). The "x2" function allows for the preparation of a double Espresso.

Milk-based recipes can be prepared with the steam function for manual milk frothing, while teas and infusions can be prepared using the hot water function.

The coffee intensity can be customized by adjusting the amount of ground coffee, selecting one of the 3 options. The beverage temperature can also be adjusted according to preference: low, medium, or hot.

MANUAL MILK FROTHING SYSTEM

The manual frothing system combines steam, air, and milk to obtain a rich and velvety milk foam for all your favourite recipes.

FRESHLY GROUND COFFEE

To achieve a tasty coffee, the built-in grinder of the Magnifica Start espresso machine has 13 grinding settings to ensure that the coffee powder is ground as finely and evenly as possible, extracting the best flavour.

The coffee bean container capacity is 250 g, and the water tank capacity is 1.8 l. The espresso machine also has a dedicated area for pre-ground coffee.

ONE-TOUCH PREPARATION

The DeLonghi espresso machine offers the possibility to choose from 4 one-touch preparation recipes: espresso, coffee, doppio+, and steam.

The DeLonghi tubeless system minimizes the amount of ground coffee left in the grinder, ensuring that only freshly ground coffee is used for each espresso.

DECALCIFICATION

Decalcification, performed whenever requested by the espresso machine, is essential. The espresso machine has an automatic decalcification process, and it is recommended to use only the DeLonghi EcoDecalk descaler. EcoDecalk Descaling is powerful, fast, eco-friendly, and contains only natural ingredients.

For the decalcification process, add 100 ml of EcoDecalk solution to the water tank, fill with cold, fresh water, and follow the simple instructions indicated by the espresso machine. The DeLonghi water filter protects the espresso machine from limescale deposits and helps to remove impurities from the water, improving the taste of the coffee.

Under normal conditions of use, it can be used for 2 months, after which it needs to be replaced with a new filter, thus reducing the frequency of descaling the espresso machine.
