Whether you are preparing sandwiches for lunch, afternoon snacks for children or simply keeping your portions under control – the baguette baking dish is the ideal solution. This baking dish allows you to bake 5 baguettes with a length of 18 cm, crispy, weighing about 100 gr each.

Having the perfect shape, each mini-baguette can be customized according to taste or special diet: cereals, whole wheat or gluten-free dough, plain or enriched with seeds and dried fruit.

During baking, the lid helps to control the moisture level to ensure a crispy crust. The openings on both ends of the lid facilitate the handling of the baking dish. 

Quality ceramic

- The special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, designed by Emile Henry, has refractory qualities and evenly diffuses heat.
- The baking dish is highly heat-resistant, up to 270°C, in the oven. This technology makes the baking dish withstand thermal shocks; the baking dish can be transferred from refrigerator, from temperatures down to -20°C, directly in the oven and vice versa.   
- Being a natural, passive material, it does not change the taste of baguettes when heated.
- The extremely strong glaze allows cutting directly into the baking dish without damaging the surface. 
- With a smooth finish, the baking dish is easy to clean and will not release harmful particles when cleaned.
