Boning knife, 16.5cm, "Duo", Blue - Pirge

Boning knife, with 16.5 cm long blade which is made of 1.4116 stainless steel, Pirge brand.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot forged and hardened through an ice heat treatment. It is then professionally sharpened and polished to ensure a smooth and precise cutting.

Stainless steel - 1.4116 - has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. The 56 HRC hardness of the stainless steel guarantees a long service life and an easy resharpening process.

The handle has an ergonomic structure and non-slip properties. It is double-injection molded, featuring a hard PPC plastic core, which gives it high resistance and a TPE coating, for comfort and increased grip.

Knives in the Duo series are optimized to ensure high strength and durability. They are suitable for use by both chefs and professional butchers.

Manual cleaning of the knife is recommended. Dry immediately with a dry cloth.
