The Duo filleting knife, with its flexible blade, helps you effortlessly prepare fish meat and fillets.

During manufacturing, the blade is hot-forged and hardened through an ice-tempering heat treatment. It is then professionally sharpened and polished to ensure smooth and precise cutting.

Stainless steel 1.4116 has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. The 56 HRC hardness of the steel ensures long-lasting use and easy re-sharpening.

The handle has an ergonomic structure and non-slip properties. It is molded using dual-injection technology, with a rigid PPC plastic core for high durability and a TPE outer layer for added comfort and grip.
