The peeling knife from the Ecco series helps you easily peel and chop fruits and vegetables.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The stainless steel has a hardness of 54 HRC, ensuring long-lasting use and easy sharpening.

The 1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. This allows for precise blade movements, as it is professionally sharpened and polished.

The ergonomic handle is made of PPC plastic, offering lightweight durability.
