Utility knife, serrated blade, 12cm, "Ecco", Black - Pirge

Utility knife, with 12 cm long blade which is made of 1.4116 stainless steel, Pirge brand.

Using the utility knife, with serrated blade, you can easily pare and cut vegetables, fruit or other foods.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot forged and heat-treated with ice. The 54 HRC hardness of the stainless steel ensures long-lasting use and an easy sharpening process.

Stainless steel - 1.4116 - has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. Thus, the knife blade allows precise movements, being professionally sharpened and polished.  

The ergonomic handle is made of PPC plastic, being lightweight and durable. 

Knives in the Ecco series are suitable for use by both professional chefs and gastronomy enthusiasts.

Manual cleaning of the knife is recommended. Wipe the product immediately with a dry cloth.
