All-purpose knife with a 9 cm blade, made from 1.4116 stainless steel, produced by Pirge.

This all purpose knife is ideal for easily peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits, or slicing cooked meat.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The stainless steel has a hardness of 54 HRC, ensuring long-lasting use and easy resharpening.

The 1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. This allows for precise blade movements, as it is professionally sharpened and polished.

The ergonomic handle is made of PPC plastic, offering lightweight durability.

Knives from the Ecco series are suitable for both professional chefs and cooking enthusiasts.

Manual washing is recommended. Wipe the product immediately with a dry cloth.
