The Ecco slicing knife with a 20 cm blade is an excellent tool for slicing and chopping vegetables and meat. Its strong blade allows you to easily handle kitchen tasks and prepare your favorite recipes.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The stainless steel has a hardness of 54 HRC, ensuring long-lasting use and easy sharpening.

The 1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. This results in a precisely sharpened and professionally polished blade.

The ergonomic handle is made from PPC plastic, making it lightweight and durable.
