“Ecco” chopping tool, with 2 handles, 40 cm long blade, made of 1.4116 stainless steel, Pirge brand.

With this chopping tool, you can finely chop and mix meat, vegetables and spices, preparing the most delicious meatballs and kebabs. It will also be very useful for preparing salads with fresh herbs and greens.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot forged and heat-treated with ice. The 54 HRC hardness of the stainless steel ensures long-lasting use and an easy sharpening process.

Stainless steel - 1.4116 - has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. Thus, the knife blade allows precise movements, being professionally sharpened and polished.  

The ergonomic handles are made of PPC plastic, being lightweight and durable. 

Knives in the Ecco series are suitable for use by both professional chefs and gastronomy enthusiasts.

Manual cleaning of the chopping tool is recommended. Wipe the product immediately with a dry cloth.
