All-purpose knife with a 12 cm blade, made from 1.4116 stainless steel, produced by Pirge.

The all-purpose knife is perfect for easily peeling and cutting vegetables and fruits, or slicing cooked meat.

During manufacturing, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The stainless steel has a hardness of 54 HRC, ensuring long-lasting use and easy resharpening.

The 1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. As a result, the blade allows for precise movements and is professionally sharpened and polished.

The ergonomic handle is made from PPC plastic, offering both lightness and durability.

Knives from the Ecco series are suitable for use by both professional chefs and cooking enthusiasts.

Manual washing is recommended. Wipe the product immediately with a dry cloth.
