The Ecco kitchen knife is a multifunctional 12.5 cm knife that allows you to perform many kitchen tasks with ease. It can be used both directly in hand and on a cutting board.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The 54 HRC hardness of the stainless steel ensures long-lasting use and easy sharpening.

The 1.4116 stainless steel contains a high level of carbon and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. This allows the knife blade to make precise cuts, being professionally sharpened and polished.

The ergonomic handle is made from PPC plastic, making it lightweight and durable.
