Bread knife, 22.5cm, "Ecco", Black - Pirge

Bread knife, with 22.5 cm long blade which is made of 1.4116 stainless steel, Pirge brand.

With the Ecco Wide Pro bread knife, it will be very easy to cut even warm bread, freshly taken out of the oven. Thanks to its strong steel construction and serrated blade, you will find that it cuts even crispy bread with the greatest of ease. It can also be successfully used for cutting tomatoes.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot forged and heat-treated with ice. The 54 HRC hardness of the stainless steel ensures long-lasting use and an easy sharpening process.

Stainless steel - 1.4116 - has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. Thus, the knife blade allows for precise movements, being professionally sharpened and polished.  

The ergonomic handle is made of PPC plastic, being lightweight and durable. 

Knives in the Ecco series are suitable for use by both professional chefs and gastronomy enthusiasts.

Manual cleaning of the knife is recommended. Wipe the product immediately with a dry cloth.
