During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The 54 HRC hardness of the stainless steel ensures long-lasting use and easy sharpening.

The 1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. This allows the knife blade to perform precise movements, being professionally sharpened and polished.

The ergonomic handle is made of PPC plastic, making it lightweight and durable.
