Butcher's knife with a 14.5 cm blade, made from 1.4116 stainless steel, produced by Pirge.

The Duo no. 1 butcher's knife, with a classic design, significantly eases the work of chefs and butchers due to its lightweight and durable stainless steel construction, as well as its hygienic and robust handle.

During manufacturing, the blade is hot-forged and hardened through cryogenic heat treatment. It is then professionally sharpened and polished to ensure precise cutting.

1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. The 56 HRC hardness of the steel guarantees long-lasting use and easy resharpening.

The handle has an ergonomic design with anti-slip properties. It is produced by double injection moulding, with a durable PPC plastic core providing high resistance, and a TPE coating for enhanced comfort and grip.

The knives from the Duo series are optimized to ensure high durability and strength. They are suitable for use by both chefs and professional butchers.

The manual cleaning of the knife is recommended. Dry immediately with a dry cloth.
