The KitchenAid titanium-enhanced vitrified ceramic bowl, with a capacity of 4.7 L is compatible with KitchenAid tilt-head mixers, with capacity of 4.3 L, 4.7 L and 4.8 L.

The elegant handled bowl withstands both low and high temperatures and is up to 30% lighter than the previous 5KSMCB5 model, making mixtures easier to transfer.

This bowl is suitable for use in traditional oven (up to 240°C), microwave oven and refrigerator. You can use it to melt butter, chocolate or cool prepared mixtures. 

The bowl can process up to 1 kg of flour and 12 egg whites.

It is resistant to chipping and stains and does not absorb odours and flavours from food.

For cleaning, the bowl can be placed in the top drawer of the dishwasher.
