An essential element for all lovers of the Italian style, this Mediterranean traditional bread is appreciated for its soft interior and its slightly crispy crust.

Ciabatta is a classic Italian bread made from an elastic dough, easy to mould, which gives it this unique texture, fluffy interior and special flavor.

Due to the 2 cavities of the ciabatta baking dish, the loaves (up to 250 g each) are well shaped, resulting in uniform and perfectly shaped slices for preparing sandwiches.

The dome-type lid helps control the moisture level to ensure a slightly crispy crust while keeping the interior soft and fluffy.

Deep grooves are designed for softer dough, such as gluten-free dough. The openings on both ends of the lid facilitate the handling of the tray. 

Features:

- The special HR® (High Resistance) ceramic, designed by Emile Henry, has refractory qualities and evenly diffuses heat.
- The baking dish is highly heat-resistant, up to 270°C, in the oven. This technology makes the baking dish withstand thermal shocks; the baking dish can be transferred from refrigerator, from temperatures down to -20°C, directly in the oven and vice versa.   
- Being a natural, passive material, it does not change the taste of bread when heated.
- The extremely strong glaze allows cutting directly into the baking dish without damaging the surface. 
- With a smooth finish, the baking dish is easy to clean and will not release damaging particles when cleaned.
