Crepe pan without handle, produced by de Buyer, diameter 26 cm, made from steel, with a thickness of 2.5 mm that prevents deformation.

The MINERAL B crepe pan features a low edge specially designed for easily flipping and turning crepes. It is ideal for preparing truly crispy and delicious crepes. Thanks to the seasoning process, the pan becomes naturally non-stick the more it is used.

The pan is suitable for use at high temperatures, including on induction cooktops.

Note: As the pan is used, it is normal for its color to darken unevenly. This is a natural reaction that supports the development of the steel pan's natural non-stick properties.

Tip: To maintain its natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the pan in the dishwasher.
