The set is versatile, with multiple uses. The set allows for infusing a liquid with different flavors in a very short time. Put solid ingredients (herbs, spices, fruit) along with a liquid (alcohol, oil, vinegar) inside the iSi siphon and use a professional N2O charger. By pressurizing, the aroma of the ingredients infuses the liquid, giving it a unique taste.

The set can also be used for fast marinating of meat or fish.

The set contains:
