The finishing is made with natural beeswax that protects the frying pan against oxidation and facilitates the seasoning process before use (see details about seasoning in the video below).

After seasoning, the frying pan gradually acquires natural non-stick properties. 

The "Lyonnaise" profile of the frying pan with tilted and rounded sides, with no sharp angles, allows easy transfer of the foods from frying pan to plate or to the dish they will be served on.

The product is compatible with any types of cooktops, including induction hobs. 

Note: as it is used, it is normal for the pan to change colour (it will become darker) in an uneven way. This reaction is normal and ensures the development of the natural non-stick properties of the steel pan.

Advice: to preserve the natural non-stick properties, do not use detergents and do not clean the frying pan in dishwasher.
