Mini-pan, de Buyer brand, diameter 10 cm, made of copper on the outside and stainless steel on the inside, height 2 cm.

Mini-pan with a diameter of 10 cm, thickness 2 mm, allows you to cook blinis, potato fritters or mini-crepes.

The percentage of copper used in the manufacture of the vessel is 90% and the stainless steel used inside represents 10%.

Due to the fact that the food comes into contact only with stainless steel, it gets cooked under perfectly safe conditions, while taking advantage of the thermoaccumulative properties of copper.

The outside of the pan can be cleaned with a special paste for copper.

The mini-pan is not compatible with the induction hob.

Only manual cleaning is recommended. 

The handle is made of cast stainless steel, fixed with rivets.
