Rectangular baking tray with micro-perforations and tilted edges, made of hard aluminum without non-stick coating, size 53 x 32.5 cm and 1.5 mm thick material, de Buyer brand

The baking tray is ideal for baking mini-pastries and other small pastries or for cakes, galettes, quiches and more.

The baking tray makes an excellent pair with silicone baking mats. The baking tray can also be used in combination with baking sheets or silicone moulds.

The baking tray is ideal for use in ovens with convection feature.

Each micro-perforation has a diameter of 3 mm, which allows excellent circulation of hot and cold air for even cooking.

Do not use the baking tray to prepare liquid or semi-liquid dishes. Do not put or heat the empty baking tray in the oven. Do not overheat the baking tray in the oven.
