Made from special HR® ceramic (High Resistance), this tray offers high thermal resistance, up to 270°C in the oven, making it ideal for baking desserts. This technology allows the tray to withstand thermal shock; it can go from the refrigerator, at temperatures as low as -20°C, directly into the oven, and vice versa. Thus, cakes and pastries can be served directly from this tray as soon as they are taken out of the oven. Thanks to its design, shape, and specially processed material, heat is distributed evenly for gradual baking, ensuring consistently excellent results.
