This tray with low, fluted edges made from high-temperature resistant ceramic is ideal for cooking and serving tarts and cakes. It keeps food warm for longer, and its generous size allows you to serve up to 6 portions.

HR® ceramic (High Resistance), developed in Emile Henry laboratories, withstands temperatures up to 270°C and distributes heat evenly across the entire surface of the tray. The glaze used to finish the tray protects it from scratches and chipping (you can cut directly on the tray without scratching it), making it dishwasher safe.
