Product description

Stainless-steel ring used for preparing tarts and quiche, diameter 20 cm, de Buyer brand

Ring's edges, both the upper and the lower edges, are rounded to allow easy handling. The ring is leak-resistant and its inner surface is perfectly smooth for excellent results.

Usage: Simply place the ring directly in the baking tray, align it and prepare the tart. After the tart has baked, carefully lift the ring and you will get a tart with perfect edges.

The ring can be cleaned in the dishwasher. It can also be put in the freezer.

The product withstands temperatures up to 220°C in the traditional oven.
