Baking tray, with 6 cavities, AMT Gastroguss brand made of aluminum, with Lotan non-stick layer, dimensions 35 x 33 cm, GN 2/3 standard. The 6-cavity non-stick baking tray is made of extremely thin cast aluminum.

The baking tray distributes heat optimally, browns foods evenly, helping you to obtain excellent results. The baking tray is free of PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid) and is particularly suitable for healthier baking, requiring little grease or even none.

The Lotan non-stick layer is reinforced with 3 ceramic layers, preventing foods from sticking to the bakeware surface. Save up to 20% time and power by quickly heating the large GN baking tray, made of cast aluminum.

We recommend that you use oven mitts when you take the tray out of the oven.

Clean the GN baking tray with a bit of dishwashing detergent and hot water before the first use. After use, we recommend that you wipe the baking tray with paper towel.

The product withstands temperatures up to 260°C. Not to be used in induction ovens.
