The Ecco boning knife is ideal when you need to separate small pieces of boneless meat. It helps you obtain smooth cuts thanks to its steel structure that tapers towards the tip.
During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The 54 HRC hardness of the stainless steel ensures long-lasting use and easy sharpening.
The 1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. This allows for precise movements, with the blade being professionally sharpened and polished.
The ergonomic handle is made of PPC plastic, making it lightweight and durable.

Manual washing of the knife is recommended. Dry the product immediately with a cloth.
