With the Ecco filleting knife and its 35 cm blade, you can easily remove the skin from large fish and slice them as desired.

During the manufacturing process, the blade is hot-forged and ice-hardened. The stainless steel has a hardness of 54 HRC, ensuring long-lasting use and easy sharpening.

The 1.4116 stainless steel has a high carbon content and is enriched with molybdenum and vanadium. This results in a precisely sharpened and professionally polished blade.

The ergonomic handle is made from PPC plastic, making it lightweight and durable.
