The oval honing tool is ideal for general use. It features two opposite surfaces that can be used for more comfortable knife sharpening.

The knife should be held at an angle of approximately 20–25° relative to the surface of the honing tool. To sharpen the knife, draw it from left to right along the sharpening surface several times. The knife will be evenly sharpened on both sides.

Manual washing is recommended. Dry the product immediately after washing.
