The round honing tool is ideal for sharpening knives with shorter blades, as it offers a narrow contact area. It allows 360° sharpening along the entire circumference of the rod.

The knife should be held at an angle of approximately 20–25° relative to the surface of the honing tool. To sharpen the knife, draw it from left to right along the sharpening surface several times. The knife will be evenly sharpened on both sides.

Manual wash recommended. Dry the product immediately after washing.
